GENERAL TERMS.

Fitness coaching

Iron Forge coaching provides training and nutrition education, program design, accountability and progress support. All ongoing coaching clients are also subject to the Iron Forge Coaching Agreement accepted before purchase.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate onboarding information, exercising within their abilities, obtaining medical clearance when appropriate and promptly reporting pain, injury or health changes.

Founding Athlete subscription

Founding Athlete coaching is $149.99 per month with an initial 12-week commitment consisting of three monthly payments. After the initial commitment, the subscription renews monthly until canceled. The founding rate remains locked only while membership stays continuously active.

Enhanced-athlete education

Clients who use performance-enhancing substances may receive training, nutrition, recovery and risk-awareness education. Michael may explain common markers and trends shown on client-supplied laboratory reports for educational purposes. Iron Forge does not prescribe, supply or administer drugs; diagnose or treat medical conditions; direct medical treatment; or replace a licensed healthcare provider.

Iron Forge Blueprint

The $69 Iron Forge Blueprint is a one-time, self-guided digital product generated automatically from the purchaser’s assessment responses using predefined Iron Forge training and nutrition frameworks. It is not manually reviewed, monitored or continuously adjusted by Michael and does not include check-ins, direct coaching, medical care or individualized injury rehabilitation.

Digital delivery and refunds

Blueprint access begins immediately after verified payment and completion of the private assessment. Because the digital product is generated and made available immediately, Blueprint purchases are generally nonrefundable after access or generation except where required by law or when a verified technical failure prevents delivery. Legacy custom-plan purchases remain subject to the terms shown at their original checkout.

Results

Results vary based on adherence, health, training history, nutrition, recovery and other factors. Iron Forge does not guarantee a specific result, body-fat percentage, strength outcome or timeframe.
