This Coaching Agreement is between the purchasing client (“Client”) and Arruda Ventures LLC, operating as Iron Forge Coaching (“Iron Forge”). By checking the agreement box and completing checkout, Client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

1. Coaching services

Founding Athlete coaching includes a personalized training program, individual calorie and macro targets, nutrition education, one structured weekly check-in, progress review, reasonable program adjustments, progress tracking, direct Telegram messaging and access to the private Founding Athlete community when available. Initial training and nutrition materials are generally delivered within five to seven business days after completed payment and onboarding.

2. Initial commitment and recurring billing

Client agrees to an initial 12-week coaching commitment billed as three recurring monthly payments of $149.99. The first payment is charged at enrollment; the next two payments are charged approximately one month apart. After the initial 12 weeks, coaching automatically continues month-to-month at $149.99 until canceled. Client authorizes Stripe and Iron Forge to charge the payment method supplied at checkout according to this schedule.

3. Founding-rate protection

The $149.99 monthly Founding Athlete rate remains locked while Client’s membership remains continuously active and in good standing. If Client cancels and later rejoins, any new enrollment will be offered at the price and terms then available.

4. Cancellation, pauses and refunds

The first three monthly payments form the initial commitment and are due unless Iron Forge approves an exception for a documented medical issue or another exceptional circumstance. After the initial commitment, Client may cancel by emailing ironforge.mike@gmail.com before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payments already processed are not prorated, and customized plans or coaching work already delivered are nonrefundable except where required by law. Approved pauses are handled case by case and are not guaranteed.

5. Check-ins and communication

Client receives one formal check-in each week on an assigned day. Iron Forge normally provides check-in feedback within 24–48 hours. Direct messages are generally answered within 24 hours Monday through Friday; weekend replies are based on availability. Direct access does not mean immediate, emergency or 24-hour support. Late or missed check-ins do not roll over, create a credit or reduce the subscription price.

6. Client responsibilities

Client agrees to provide accurate information; disclose relevant injuries, medical conditions, medications and performance-enhancing substance use; train within their abilities; communicate material health changes; submit usable check-in information; and seek medical clearance when appropriate. Client understands that coaching depends on honest reporting and consistent participation.

7. Enhanced-athlete support and laboratory education

Iron Forge welcomes clients who currently use performance-enhancing substances. Coaching may account for disclosed use when addressing training, nutrition, recovery and progress. Michael may provide an educational review of client-supplied laboratory reports by explaining what common markers measure, discussing visible trends and helping Client prepare questions for a qualified healthcare provider.

Important boundary

Iron Forge does not prescribe, supply or administer drugs; direct PED or medication dosing; diagnose or treat a medical condition; order laboratory testing; or replace care from a licensed healthcare provider. Abnormal or concerning findings, medication changes and medical treatment must be handled with an appropriately licensed provider.

8. Exercise and health risks

Exercise and changes to diet involve inherent risks, including injury and aggravation of an existing condition. Client is responsible for deciding whether they are medically able to participate and for stopping activity and seeking appropriate care when experiencing concerning symptoms, pain or injury. Iron Forge is not an emergency or medical service.

9. Results

Results vary according to adherence, health, training history, nutrition, recovery, stress and other individual factors. Iron Forge does not guarantee a particular amount of weight loss, muscle gain, strength, body composition or progress within a specific timeframe.

10. Privacy and progress materials

Client information, check-ins, measurements and progress photographs are used to provide coaching and manage the client relationship. Iron Forge will not publish Client’s name, photographs, testimonial or transformation content for marketing without separate permission.

11. Conduct and termination

Iron Forge may suspend or terminate coaching for nonpayment, abusive or threatening behavior, repeated dishonesty that prevents responsible coaching, misuse of program materials or conduct that creates an unreasonable safety concern. When Iron Forge ends coaching for reasons unrelated to Client misconduct, any unused prepaid period will be addressed fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

12. Program ownership

Training plans, nutrition materials, check-in systems and other Iron Forge resources are provided for Client’s personal use. Client may not resell, publish, distribute or reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.

13. Electronic acceptance

Checking the agreement box, entering Client’s identifying information and completing Stripe checkout constitute Client’s electronic acceptance. Iron Forge records the agreement version, acceptance time and associated checkout transaction.

14. Governing law and complete agreement

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without overriding any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. This Agreement, the General Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete terms for Founding Athlete coaching. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Any change to the initial commitment must be agreed to in writing.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By proceeding to payment, Client confirms they understand the $149.99 recurring charge, the three-payment initial commitment, the cancellation policy, the coaching scope and the enhanced-athlete/medical boundary described above.
