PRIVACY NOTICE

What we collect

Iron Forge may collect application and contact information; goals, training history, schedule and equipment access; nutrition information; injuries, medications and other health considerations a client chooses to disclose; performance-enhancing substance context; measurements, check-ins and progress photographs; client-supplied laboratory reports; payment status and agreement records; and messages necessary to provide coaching.

How we use coaching information

We use submitted information to evaluate applications, personalize training and nutrition education, review progress, provide check-in feedback, maintain client records, administer billing, improve the coaching experience and communicate about the client relationship.

Laboratory reports and health context

Client-supplied laboratory information and health context are used only to support educational discussion, risk awareness and appropriate referral to a licensed healthcare provider. Iron Forge is not a medical practice and does not use this information to diagnose, prescribe or provide medical treatment.

Payments and communications

Stripe processes payment information and provides Iron Forge with transaction, subscription and payment-status records; Iron Forge does not directly store complete card numbers. Telegram or another communication service may process messages exchanged through that platform under its own privacy practices. Clients should not use coaching messages for emergencies.

Website analytics

We record limited first-party usage data such as page visits, an anonymous browser-session identifier, referral source and completed signups. We use this information to understand how people find and use the site. This system is not intended to create precise-location or third-party advertising profiles.

How we share information

Iron Forge does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that operate the website, payments, storage, forms or communications. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or enforce applicable agreements.

Progress photos and testimonials

Client progress photographs, names, testimonials and transformation stories will not be published for marketing without separate permission. Agreeing to coaching does not automatically grant marketing permission.

Your choices

You may opt out of marketing communications and may request access, correction or deletion of information by emailing ironforge.mike@gmail.com. Some transaction, agreement or business records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or contract purposes.

Data security and retention

Iron Forge uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a launch-stage coaching business. No online system is completely secure. Coaching records are retained while needed to provide services, manage the relationship and meet legitimate business or legal obligations.

Changes

We may update this notice as the product, website and sales systems develop. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
